Raja Karthik
Palakurthi.

I think about models, the software around them, and how to make both dependable.

I'm interested in language models, model evaluation, and building software that makes AI useful. I'm also a founding member of ZenteiQ.ai.

Previously at AiREX Lab, IISc Department of Computational and Data Sciences

The details

What I pay attention to.

Questions I return to when studying and building AI software.

How do we know it works?

Look beyond headline scores, test realistic tasks, and learn from examples where models make mistakes.

What makes it responsive?

Consider how performance, quality, and resource use shape the user experience.

What happens when things go wrong?

Design clear boundaries, give people control, and make failures easier to understand and recover from.
